Job description:

We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our ICT Team and contribute to our Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define the AI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities
* Evaluate and contribute to the selection and implementation of the AI-powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova’s strategic goals
* Explore and prototype AI/ML models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence
* Support the transition from legacy systems (e.g., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms
* Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar)



to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
* Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives
What we ask for
* Solid experience with SAP Business Warehouse (data modeling, ETL, reporting)
* Strong understanding of data analytics architectures, with interest or experience in AI/ML applications
* Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Fluent in English
