In this role you will drive procurement system excellence within the Customer Solution Italy team, ensuring efficient and compliant sourcing activities. You will lead digitalisation efforts in procurement, turning data into actionable insights and supporting adoption of tools. You'll collaborate across business requesters, IT, and suppliers to deliver measurable improvements and exceptional internal customer outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape procurement processes and data-driven decisions in a growing energy services environment.
- Own procurement system excellence and act as the go-to contact for procurement tools
- Lead digitalisation and innovation in procurement processes, testing enhancements and driving standardization
- Turn data into actionable insights by monitoring KPIs and providing reports for decision support
- Prepare contracts and purchase orders and ensure timely, accurate procurement processing
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and enable tool adoption
- Support sourcing and supplier development activities with Category Managers
- Maintain data quality for suppliers and contracts and identify optimization opportunities
- Experience with procurement tools and guiding users in processes xlwpduy
- Analytical and reporting capability to transform data into recommendations
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional work experience
- Proficiency with SAP MM and knowledge of SRM, Coupa, EBP, EBCN, Extranet, ECP (or equivalent)
- Entrepreneurial ownership mindset and results-driven approach
- Excellent communication in local language and advanced English
