ppWe are looking for a talented and passionate Accounts Receivable to join our team at Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale. As Accounts Receivable, you will play an important role in supporting the hotel’s financial operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely collection of payments, and strong collaboration across departments to maintain financial efficiency and integrity. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liInvoice Management: ensure the accurate and timely issuance of invoices and other tax documents in compliance with applicable regulations. /li liPayment Tracking: Monitor, record, and post payments received, ensuring correctness and compliance with hotel procedures. /li liCredit Management: Assist with customer credit processes in line with hotel policies, including credit applications, reference checks, and credit limits. /li liReconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and balanced. /li liFollow‑Up: Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies or billing issues. /li liReporting:



Prepare and maintain regular accounts receivable reports, including aging summaries. /li liDocumentation: Maintain accurate, complete, and well‑organized records of all financial transactions. /li liCross‑Department Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and the effective resolution of billing and collection issues. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role in the hotel industry. /li liStrong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. /li liProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). /li liExcellent attention to detail and accuracy. /li liStrong organizational and time-management skills. /li liAbility to handle confidential information with integrity. /li liGood communication skills, both written and verbal. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
