About The Role
As a UX/UI & Graphic Designer at Smartness, you will be a key member of our marketing team, collaborating closely with other team members to shape the visual identity and user experience of our integrated platform of products. This role is critical to strengthening our brand architecture and elevating how we communicate each product’s unique value, reinforcing the vision of an integrated and seamless ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen Brand Architecture: Develop designs that align Smartness and its product modules under a cohesive brand while ensuring each product retains its distinct identity.




- Make the Brand Unforgettable: Create visually compelling and memorable designs that establish Smartness as a highly recognizable brand in the hospitality sector.
- Elevate Product Communication: Design user-friendly interfaces and engaging visuals to effectively communicate the benefits of each product to clients.
- Brand Consistency Across All Visuals: Implement a cohesive visual identity across digital and offline materials in adherence to the new branding guidelines.
- Build a Scalable Design System: Establish and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across teams and projects.
- Enhance Website Conversion Rates: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize landing pages and other touchpoints to achieve measurable improvements in website conversions.
