Role Description The International Sales Account role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brescia. This role is responsible for managing and developing international sales accounts, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities in global markets. The International Sales Account will handle negotiations, prepare offers and contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.



Day-to-day activities include maintaining regular communication with international partners, providing high-quality customer service, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Strong International Sales and International Trade skills, with 2–3 years of experience in managing overseas accounts.
- Knowledge of International Business practices and global market dynamics.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Brescia and travel internationally as needed.
- Good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and performance-focused environments.
