Position Overview To strengthen our HQ Controlling team, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller with solid analytical capabilities and a strong business mindset. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the assigned region/offices. Key Responsibilities Manage monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial closing activities for the assigned areas Support local and corporate statutory offices in providing accurate and timely information in accordance with group accounting policies Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, reforecasting, and long‐term planning for the assigned areas/projects Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and improve performance Monitor KPIs, identify variances, and propose corrective actions Collaborate with business units to ensure proper financial discipline and cost control Prepare management reports and present financial insights to senior leadership Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar fields 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or similar roles Experience in a multinational environment is a strong plus Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
