Role: Maintenance & Automation Technician
Location: Alessandro Volta, Italy

Job Description:
Your profile:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, preferably within paper manufacturing, slitter/rewinder machinery, adhesive tape production, or similar automated production environments.
- Proven experience independently troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electromechanical systems in highly automated industrial settings.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatic systems, mechanical systems, and industrial automation networks (both hardware and software).
- Practical experience working with PLC systems, automation control systems, and industrial communication networks.
- Strong expertise in Rockwell Automation and/or Siemens automation technologies will be considered a strong advantage.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Ability to analyze technical schemes and PLC software for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
