The Role

This is a pure outbound role — focused on building pipeline from scratch, breaking into new accounts, and converting high-potential businesses within key commercial verticals, including:

What You’ll Do
- Own outbound pipeline : High-volume phone, e
- mail & LinkedIn outreach using AI tools + self-sourced leads
- Qualify opportunities to successful leads : Run structured discovery on product range, commercial potential, and scalability
- Drive quality & discipline : Maintain CRM accuracy and strict qualification standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally : Ensure smooth transition to onboarding and go-live teams
- Hit targets : Deliver against pipeline and revenue-focused KPIs
? What You Bring
- 2–4 years in outbound BDR/SDR or business development
- Strong BD mentality with proven pipeline generation
- Professional Working Proficiency in Italian + English
- Resilient, high-energy, and target-driven
- Based in-market with right to work
