With a strong foundation in Asia, we are rapidly expanding our international operations — with Europe as a key strategic focus.Per essere preso/a in considerazione per un colloquio, la preghiamo di assicurarsi che la sua candidatura sia pienamente in linea con le specifiche del lavoro riportate di seguito.MissionAs Technical Sales Manager – Italy, you will develop business opportunities and drive technical sales activities in the Italian market.Based in Milan and reporting to the Country Manager Iberia & Italy, you will work with key customers, EPCs, utilities and industrial clients to promote Daqo's MV/LV electrical solutions.This role requires both solid electrical technical knowledge and strong project-based sales execution.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Development & Account ManagementDevelop and manage relationships with:Utilities and grid operatorsEPCs, system integrators, and project developersKey industrial, renewable energy, and data center customersIdentify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and project pipelines in ItalyPromote Daqo's MV/LV power distribution solutions and project capabilitiesRepresent Daqo in customer meetings, site visits,
and industry eventsSales Execution & Project Follow-upLead commercial discussions, negotiations, and order-closing activitiesCoordinate RFQs, tenders, and proposals in close cooperation with the Solutions ManagerManage sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and reporting to the Country ManagerSupport contract discussions, order handover, and coordination with HQ and factoriesInternal & Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with:Solutions Manager (technical proposals and RFQs)HQ sales, engineering, and operations teamsEnsure smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholdersProvide regular market feedback on customer needs, competitors, and pricing trendsRequirementsDegree in Engineering, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in B2B sales within power distribution, electrical systems, or energy infrastructureProven experience selling to Utilities, xrdztoy EPCs, or system integrators in ItalyStrong understanding of project-based and long-cycle salesFamiliarity with MV/LV power distribution solutions is a strong advantageFluent English required; Spanish and/or Italian strongly preferredSelf-driven, customer-oriented, and results-focusedComfortable working in a cross-border, international environmentWilling to travel regularly within Spain and ItalyWhat We OfferRegional sales role supporting Daqo's growth in Southern EuropeHigh level of ownership in customer development and sales executionCompetitive salary and performance-based incentiveLocal labor benefits and flexible working modelExposure to major renewable energy, data center, and grid infrastructure projects
