Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist will work on-site tempo pieno in our Milan office and will be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and documentation comply with internal standards and applicable regulations. Day-to-day activities include developing and maintaining QA procedures, performing quality checks on deliverables,



and supporting project teams in implementing best practices. The role involves reviewing technical documentation, identifying nonconformities, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders and customers. The specialist will participate in internal audits, support customer and regulatory audits, and collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to drive continuous improvement. This position requires close attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure products and processes meet defined standards.
- Experience with Quality Management systems, including defining, implementing, and improving quality procedures.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles, preferably in robotics,
