che in E80 è il riferimento per tutte le tematiche legate al software PLC e all’automazione di Isole robotizzate, gruppi trasporti colli e pallet – poiché si occupa di sviluppare il software, implementarlo, collaudarlo, installarlo presso i clienti e mantenerlo efficiente nel tempo.
Descrizione Attività :
Nell’ambito dell’automazione industriale, il progetto formativo prevede lo sviluppo e la simulazione di una cella di pallettizzazione basata su robot FANUC e pinza proprietaria E80, mediante l’utilizzo dell’atmosfera di simulazione ROBOGUIDE.
L’obiettivo Dell’attività è La Realizzazione Di Una Cella Virtuale In Grado Di Consentire L’analisi e La Valutazione Dei Principali Indicatori Di Prestazione (KPI) Del Processo, Tra Cui:
- Cycle Time (tempo ciclo) Tempo necessario al completamento di un intero ciclo operativo.
- Throughput / Pezzi per ora Quantità di pezzi processati in un determinato intervallo temporale.
- Tempo di saturazione del robot Percentuale
