As International HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in keeping our international markets running smoothly from a people perspective from the first hire to the last payslip, from onboarding to performance cycles.
Based in our HQ in Milan, you’ll be the go-to HR point of contact for our countries outside Italy, working hands-on across the full employee lifecycle: operational HR support, payroll coordination, reports and analytics, as well as HR compliance. Working closely with the Head of HR Global,



you’ll also contribute to company-wide HR cycles such as performance reviews and engagement surveys, and occasionally jump in on Italian recruiting when the moment calls for it.
This is a generalist role with international exposure, embedded in a high-agency HR team where you own what you touch.

Act as the primary HR operational contact for international markets, supporting Country Managers/ Head of Operations and local teams on day-to-day people matters
Coordinate payroll inputs and processes across multiple countries, liaising with local providers and ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage the full employee lifecycle for international headcount: recruiting support, onboarding, contract management, disciplinary letters, development conversations and offboarding
Contribute to the development of talents and team members across our countries and store
Contribute to the company-wide performance review cycl
