SUANFARMA is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Change Management team in Rovereto (TN), Italy.

About the Role

The candidate will be part of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department and will play a key role in coordinating flows between planning, logistics, and customers, contributing to ensuring operational continuity, delivery reliability, and service quality. The position involves close interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the effectiveness of processes across the entire supply chain.

Main responsibilities
- Actively participate in the S&OP; cycle and sales planning process;
- Monitor product availability and manage sales forecasts;
- Manage finished product distribution and logistics activities (sales orders, delivery notes, invoicing, reporting);
- Supervise loading operations and authorize outgoing shipments from the plant;
- Handle shipping documentation, including export and INTRASTAT documentation;
- Manage product sampling activities;
- Coordinate carriers and monitor shipments;




- Ensure effective customer service;
- Contribute to operational and management reporting;
- Participate in logistics flow and process improvement projects;
- Support procurement activities related to raw materials and packaging materials.

reports to: Local Head of Supply Chain Management

Profile and Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Law, or Scientific disciplines;
- Previous experience in supply chain / logistics / customer service;
- Good knowledge of standard office automation tools;
- Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders; proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement attitude; strong active listening skills and solid logical-analytical thinking;
- Italian: native or fluent;
- English: B2 level or higher, with daily use in both written and spoken communication.
