We are looking for someone analytical, with a strong interest in the consumer sector and the creator economy. The role involves deep dives into different consumer categories, breaking down balance sheets and P&Ls; to build a complete picture of leading consumer and creator-led brands. You will work directly with the founding team, contributing to strategic decision-making in venture building and playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the company.

Key responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Analyze various consumer sectors to identify trends, benchmarks, and business opportunities across both the EU and US markets.
- Financial Analysis: Perform P&L; analysis on companies across different sectors to uncover market dynamics and better plan new initiatives.
- Database Management: Structure and update our knowledge base to ensure information remains organized and accessible (we primarily use Notion).




- Content and Publications: Support the creation and organization of educational content for social channels and contribute to our bi-weekly newsletter.
- Client Proposal Development: Assist in preparing proposals to secure new clients and help shape new business initiatives in collaboration with leading creators.

What we are looking for
- Ability to handle diverse projects at the same time
- Proactive contribution in advancing such projects
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using Excel, Canva and Claude
- Understanding of financial statements

Internship details
- Type: Tempo pieno, in person with possibility of smart working
- Compensation: €700/month
- Location: Via Legnone 4, Milano, Italy
