Job Description
At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers’ success. To support this mission, Syngenta’s Hiring Team is seeking a GFM Specialist in Milan, Italy.
Accountabilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two admin professionals, ensuring clear goal-setting,

regular performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities
- Allocate workload effectively across the team to optimize productivity and maintain balanced capacity
- Conduct regular team meetings to align priorities, address challenges, and foster collaborative problem-solving

Operational Excellence
- Oversee and ensure timely execution of all administrative processes and workflows within the team’s scope
- Establish and maintain quality standards for administrative deliverables and service levels
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GFM Europe team, including tool support (PPMCAPEX…etc.) and assistance with Purchase Order (PO) creation as needed

Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary point of contact for administrative matters, managing relationships with internal stakehol
