What Will You Do?
As a Member Of Smartness’ Sales Team For The Italian Market. You Will Be Part Of a Cohesive Team Whose Goal Is To Make Us The No. 1 Hospitality Software In The Region. You Will Participate In Both In-person And Remote Training Sessions. You Will Support The Sales Team In The Expansion Of Smartness In The Italian Market Through Activities Of
- Sales negotiation - you will manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartness. You will articulate and clearly demonstrate our value proposition, creating enthusiasm among prospects.




- Participation in trade fairs and events - Smartness is present at all major national trade fairs. You will attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organize on-site meetings with customers.
- Business Development - you will proactively search for new business opportunities, through cold calling and cold emailing.
- Data analysis and regular reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read through your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market
- Reaching the monthly target - your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing premio plan.

What We’re Looking For
- Italian as a mother tongue.
- Good English skills B2 level - We are an international company, we want you to be able to understand and interact with others effectively.
