We're a lean, data-driven team building a category-defining company in one of Europe's most regulated and fastest-growing verticals.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and data-driven Junior Product Manage r to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
You’ll work directly alongside the CEO , owning the analytical and operational layer that keeps our product roadmap honest and our strategic initiatives grounded in data. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, data analysis, and strategic business development. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, gain hands‑on experience, and learn from industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
Analyze data to understand user behavior, product performance, and market trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Assist in the development of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs.
Support the execution of product strategies and contribute to the creation of product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product specs.
Monitor and report on key product metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Compensation:
The gross annual salary range for this role is between €26.000 and €30.000.
The final placement within the range depends on experience, the scope of the role, and internal pay equity.
Requirements:
A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in strategic consulting or in a similar role within a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic business orientation with a passion for understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency with SQL and Phyton is a required.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges.
