Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to combine technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness, helping customers derive lasting value from cybersecurity technology.
You will partner with security, IT, and technical stakeholders to embed the platform into daily security operations, reduce risk, and achieve measurable outcomes. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Milan office or remotely from Rome.
