THE ROLE
The role is key in driving client growth and revenue generation across categories for Sotheby’s Italy. It combines
client development, project management and growth execution, leveraging targeted events, experiences,




partnerships and data‑driven initiatives to acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships and unlock
incremental revenue opportunities. The role works closely with local Senior Leaders to leverage tailored events,
experiences and partnerships to drive client engagement and business outcomes, while supporting the execution
of the regional growth strategy for Italy
Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy and Client Development
- Drive client acquisition and development initiatives aligned with Italy’s cross‑category growth priorities, including Modern & Contemporary Art, Jewels, single‑owner collections and Private Sales.
- Leverage internal client databases to unlock under‑activated opportunities and support proactive client outreach.
- Support the sourcing pipeline through targeted client engagement initiatives, Private Selling Exhibitions and curated experiences, in close collaboration with Senior Special
