Experteer Overview
As a Service Site Engineer, you will execute transformer service activities on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable maintenance, installation, and commissioning, while identifying service opportunities. You’ll troubleshoot issues, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and report outcomes, shaping field service excellence and customer satisfaction. This role offers hands‑on impact in a high‑technology environment and requires travel across Italy.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Perform installation and commissioning of transformer equipment and routine maintenance independently
- Identify technical problems through on-site or remote analysis across service categories
- Conduct Low Voltage site tests and electrical cabling for new accessories and digital devices
- Coordinate materials, parts,



and equipment quality for service activities
- Prepare and sign off service documentation with customer representatives
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend improvements to prevent recurrences
- Provide management with operational and service improvements suggestions
- Coordinate subcontractors for scope and ensure safety and environmental guidelines are followed

Responsabilità
- Electrical Technical diploma
- 5+ years of experience in a transformers‑related service role
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel 100% within Italy
- Flexibility, independence and problem‑solving skills are desirable
