Accountant - Receivables - BCD Travel

Location: Milan, Italy, Office, Europe.
Full‑time, Milan, Italy.
In this role, you will perform day‑to‑day accounting functions and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports for a designated area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts monthly, and conduct necessary account analysis and research.
- Reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Create financial reports addressed to clients.
- Answer questions from associates and managers on matters relating to the general ledger and posted items.
- Perform various tasks on receivable accounts ledger accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with ERPs a plus.
- MS applications and proficiency with MS Excel a must.
- Travel industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Italian.
