About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to lead and expand channel partnerships across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and strategic partners in order to drive pipeline generation and support regional growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a channel growth strategy across key territories in the EMEA region
- Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as their main point of contact
- Support and enable partners through training, sales tools, and marketing collaboration




- Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to drive alignment and joint pipeline generation
- Define KPIs and monitor partner performance and overall business impact
- Represent the company at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events across the region
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and the competitive cybersecurity landscape

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS industry
- Proven experience working with partners across multiple countries in the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of the reseller and distributor ecosystem within the cybersecurity space
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Fluent English, additional European languages are considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel across the region as required
