ELI - Flight Simulator Coordinator & Team Leader You will lead the development, integration and operation of a helicopter flight simulation system, acting as both technical authority and team lead within a multidisciplinary group. You will drive high-fidelity simulation solutions for engineering use, guiding continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with program objectives and company standards. You will collaborate across departments to support validation, qualification and acceptance activities, and you will shape interfaces and technical documentation. This role offers hands‑on influence on simulation software, models and tools within a dynamic, aerospace-focused environment.
Coordinate development, integration and maintenance of the rotary-wing flight simulator
Lead a small, multi-disciplinary team and ensure alignment with program objectives
Contribute to simulation software development (models, tools, supporting applications)




Define and maintain ICDs and technical specs for subsystems
Manage internal and external suppliers for software/hardware development and compliance
Interface with other departments within the organization
Support simulator validation, qualification and acceptance activities
Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving within the team
5+ years in flight simulation domain; rotary-wing experience preferred; 10+ years desirable
Strong background in flight simulation systems, real‑time architectures, and simulator environments
Experience in software development for simulation or real-time systems
Proven ability to write/manage ICDs and technical documentation
Supplier management experience including coordinating internal and external teams
Previous team leadership or coordination role
