Global Immuno Plastics and Consumables Coordinator In this role you ensure timely planning and availability of plastic materials across global sites to support Liaison Products manufacturing. You operate at the intersection of planning, procurement, and supplier coordination, aligning demand, supply, and stock policies to production needs. You monitor inventory, optimize safety stocks, and drive data-driven improvements in planning processes. You work with cross-functional teams across Italy, the UK and the US to sustain end-to-end supply continuity and global supply chain resilience. Calculate material requirements for plastics based on MRP outputs, forecasts, and stock policies
Monitor and manage global plastics inventory to optimize stock coverage
Adjust planning parameters in response to demand variability and supply constraints
Ensure material availability for production schedules of Liaison Products
Review and optimize safety stocks, reorder points, and planning strategies

Convert purchase requisitions into POs in SAP and issue orders
Monitor PO progress and mitigate delays; expedite or postpone orders as needed
Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure end-to-end supply continuity
Analyze supply chain and inventory KPIs (service level, stock coverage, obsolescence, supplier reliability)
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and supplier performance
Contribute to S&OP; and demand review processes with data-driven insights
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or equivalent
2-4 years in supply chain, planning, or purchasing roles
Experience in material planning and/or procurement
Experience in a global/multi-site environment (plus)
SAP (MRP, Purchasing, Inventory Management) and strong Excel and data analysis skills
Knowledge of forecasting methods and inventory planning; understanding of S&OP;, procurement, logistics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; proactive with priorities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international context
Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
