Senior Project Manager - Power Gen Italy Manager / Team Leader
In this role you lead complex sales-driven projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and customer commitments. You collaborate across sales, engineering, finance, and operations to scope objectives and set measurable goals. You develop integrated plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, while managing risks and communicating progress to sponsors and stakeholders. You drive knowledge sharing across teams and coach project staff, contributing to sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
Lead multiple complex sales-driven projects and programs from initiation through delivery, aligned to business outcomes and customer commitments
Partner with sales, engineering, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to scope projects, define objectives, and measurable performance goals
Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets for on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues using structured tools
Apply financial acumen to interpret key indicators, support decision-making, protect project and business performance
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to sponsors and stakeholders across audiences
Leverage cross-functional and external resources, sharing best practices and lessons learned to improve delivery
Coach and support project team members and other Project Managers throughout the lifecycle
Significant relevant work experience with demonstrated team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Proven experience delivering and installing Gensets and Balance of Plant solutions at site level, including data center environments
Engineering background with ability to apply procedures, standards, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Fluency in English and Italian, written and spoken
Strong project and program management capability balancing scope, schedule, cost, and resources
Proven ability to manage complexity, resolve conflict, and drive structured problem solving in fast-paced sales and customer environments
Excellent communication skills translating technical and commercial information into clear insights for varied audiences
Strong customer focus to integrate customer perspectives into project execution and support revenue growth
Manage local experienced team composed of Project Managers and Commissioning Technicians
