Experteer Overview
As a Data Handling Engineer, you contribute to the Data Handling System lifecycle for a spacecraft, from requirements to design and verification. You work within the Avionics & Electrical Engineering domain to ensure robust DHS, C&C;, and FDIR capabilities, with possible support during launch and LEOP phases. You collaborate across internal teams and external partners to deliver critical onboard systems and test activities. This role offers hands‑on impact on spacecraft software, hardware, and verification artifacts in a global space program.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Define DHS requirements and interface specs for platform and payloads
- Develop and review C&C; specs, PUS, and memory budgets
- Prepare DVCM for DH and C&C; requirements and performances




- Conduct test design and execution at Avionics Test Bench and possibly satellite level
- Manage technical reviews internally and with external entities
- Contribute to V&V; documentation (VCD) and test reporting
- Support satellite launch activities, simulations, LEOP and IOT
- Oversee change management processes and item monitoring
- Prepare SW/HW survival analyses and related documentation

Responsabilità
- Master degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- fluent in English (C1)
- experience with spacecraft data handling and avionics environments
