Business Development Manager - C&I;

We are looking for a senior Business Development Manager - C&I; to join our team. This full-time, home‑office role includes frequent business travel.

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow products and design business development initiatives to expand sales channels. Analyze industry trends, identify prospects, and evaluate competitors’ positions to develop sales strategies.
- Build long‑term partnerships with new solar sales channels in the EU market, focusing on Integrated Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage products.
- Maintain strong relationships with major European solar and renewable energy distributors.
- Take responsibility for Italian offline sales events, attend exhibitions, and conduct business forums.
- Plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase EcoFlow market share and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development,



preferably in new energy (solar/battery), power equipment tools, and on Integrated Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage products.
- Strong network with key solar distributors and a proven track record are desired.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred.
- Self‑driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, and problem solver.
- Positive attitude, solution‑oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and ability to view situations from others’ perspectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English (C1 level or above); additional European language fluency is a plus.
