Experteer Overview
In this role you support Level 3 Technical Support by handling complex customer escalations and developing project-specific software for logistic automation. You work as a technical bridge between customers, support teams, and development functions, growing ownership and technical autonomy. You will diagnose production issues, implement stabilizing workarounds, and contribute to tailored software adaptations. The opportunity combines hands‑on engineering with cross‑functional collaboration in a global context.

- Technical escalation management: handle complex customer and field engineer escalations and progressively assume ownership
- Analyze production software malfunctions to identify root causes and propose corrective actions
- Contribute to workarounds or stabilizing solutions under guidance
- Design, develop, and maintain project-specific software adaptations and special versions
- Gather and analyze customer requirements; assess feasibility and clarify ambiguities




- Participate in documentation, validation, and controlled release of special software solutions

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
- Languages: Italian and English fluent
- 2–5 years of experience in software development, technical support, or customer‑facing engineering
- Solid foundations in software development and debugging
- Programming in C and C++, plus scripting (Python, Bash) for testing/automation
- Ability to analyze logs, system behavior, and diagnostics
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and a customer‑oriented mindset
- Ability to handle priority changes and time‑critical situations

Requisiti fondamentali
- Annual Base Salary (RAL) 35,000–45,000
