Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead a global team of software validation managers to own validation strategy for large platform projects. You will align multiple validation teams, instill a quality-first mindset, and drive the software validation process across domains such as infotainment, ADAS, and connectivity. You’ll partner with architects, development, and test environments to ensure timely, high-quality validation and adherence to automotive standards, enabling scalable, cross-domain validation at Stellantis.

- Establish robust reporting for progress, KPIs, and issue tracking
- Collaborate with program and release management to align validation with milestones
- Manage risks and escalations to minimize impact on timelines
- Define overarching test strategy across infotainment, ADAS, connectivity, propulsion
- Develop domain-specific validation plans aligned with system requirements and standards
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage via manual, automated, and system-level testing
- Oversee test environments including HIL/SIL setups and simulations
- Align validation with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and other automotive standards
- Lead and develop a high-performing validation organization
- Foster accountability, innovation, and technical excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines
Responsabilità
- Master in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 10+ years in Automotive industry
- Minimum 5+ years of team leadership (3 years disciplinary)
- Strong project experience across Propulsion, Infotainment, Connectivity, Platform Services
- Good knowledge of modern SW development, integration methods and tool chains
