Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and roll out Talent Acquisition and Development initiatives within Italy, aligning with the Corporate Centre of Excellence. You will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to optimize candidate experience, recruitment strategies, and internal mobility. You’ll contribute to talent management and development programs that boost engagement and belonging. This is a cross-functional, growth-focused position in a tech-enabled, diverse environment with measurable impact on workforce quality. You will help shape the people strategy at Logista and drive meaningful transformation.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Support definition and rollout of Talent Acquisition guidelines
- Coordinate Talent Acquisition processes and monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with HRBPs to identify recruiting strategies and manage candidate experience
- Contribute to talent management processes and execution




- Partner with HRBPs to identify development needs and support L&D; programs
- Facilitate internal mobility and cross-functional experiences
- Monitor HR KPIs related to talent and development and report trends
- Ensure alignment with HR policies and best practices
- Design and execute development plans to increase engagement and belonging
- Design and roll out internal communication initiatives with Communications

Responsabilità
- Master in HR, Psychology, Business or related field
- 3-5 years in HR (Talent Development or Talent Acquisition) in a structured global company
- Experience in complex/matrix organizations
- Fluent in English
