Experteer Overview
In this role, you will oversee and optimize applications within the Program Next unit of the Solution Delivery Center. You will translate business needs into practical IT solutions, support the full development lifecycle, and ensure compliant, secure operation of core systems. You’ll collaborate with business users and suppliers to implement features, manage data and processes, and drive efficiency in IFRS‑related workflows. This position offers impact across technology, data quality, and regulatory compliance within Generali’s GOSP ecosystem.

- Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements
- Maintain, monitor, and support all systems and applications for the Delivery Center
- Collaborate with suppliers to enable native features, customize software, and manage data sets




- Maintain data processing and storage reliability and security for applications
- Assess current data usage and design to‑be processes to improve user experience
- Order software changes, supervise on‑time delivery by suppliers
- Assist in database programming, troubleshooting, and management of IT/enterprise databases
- Follow IFRS closing process by analyzing tickets and managing them in ServiceNow

Responsabilità
- Experience in application management
- Educational background in technology and/or economics
- Knowledge of Software Lifecycle, Lean Project Management, Agile, ITIL
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (FE and BE)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Ability to work with multiple programming languages
- Professional level in English
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA modules
