About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Service Development Director to lead the growth, innovation, and market positioning of a global portfolio of services. Reporting to the Vice President, TFS Connectivity & Products,



this role is responsible for driving service development initiatives, expanding market opportunities, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Standardization Teams, Centers of Expertise, and external technology partners to develop and scale innovative service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of services across the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive developments.
- Define and execute product and service strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and annual budget achievement across the portfolio.
- Develop and validate business cases, service proposals, CAPEX requests, and strategic tender submissions.
