Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the go‑to internal IT specialist for the Agorai Innovation Hub, managing the IT environment and coordinating with suppliers. You will safeguard critical access, oversee Google Workspace identity and provisioning, and supervise backups, DR and budgeted spend. You will support users, manage SaaS tools, and maintain documentation. This position offers exposure to security‑focused IT operations within a cross‑functional, innovation‑driven hub.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Manage the IT environment and coordinate with suppliers to ensure continuity
- Safeguard critical access, including super‑admin credentials, backups and recovery authority
- Oversee the MSP vendor relationships and SLAs
- Manage Google Workspace identity, onboarding/offboarding, MFA, SSO, groups/permissions, and user support for Gmail/Drive/Meet
- Control inventory, access and costs of SaaS tools; optimize spending and permissions
- Provide helpdesk and user support




- Supervise backup and disaster recovery processes
- Oversee operational IT budget and procurement of devices, coordinating with administration and supplier selection/renewal

Responsabilità
- 2+ years as system administrator or IT specialist, including MSP environments
- Google Workspace / networking / security certifications
- Solid generalist IT foundation: endpoint management, identity and directory, basic networking, backup
- Hands‑on Google Workspace administration (or MS 365 with willingness to switch to Google)
- Vendor management and SLA definition/verification
- Organized documentation and asset management
- Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken)
