About The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven leader to join our Endovascular business in Italy. This is a high-impact role for a strategic sales professional who combines strong business acumen with a passion for developing people, driving market growth, and delivering customer value.
As National Sales Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution for a dynamic and innovative portfolio, working cross-functionally to accelerate growth, strengthen customer relationships, and shape the future of endovascular care.
What You'll Do Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion.
Anticipate market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Drive pricing and contracting strategies to optimize profitability and long-term business value.
Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure aligned execution of strategic priorities.
Leverage data, insights, and analytics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Establish clear performance metrics and ensure disciplined execution across the organization.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Coach and mentor team members to support both individual performance and long-term talent development.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals,
and industry stakeholders.
Represent the organization externally and contribute to strengthening its reputation and leadership position in the market.
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Extensive commercial leadership experience, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
Strong understanding of complex healthcare environments and customer dynamics.
Proven success in leading sales teams and delivering sustained business growth.
Excellent strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience navigating change and leading teams through transformation.
Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
