New Military Program - Enabling Infrastructure Project Control Manager

In this role you will drive planning, cost tracking and reporting for the enabling activities of a new military program, coordinating across functions. You will align schedules, budgets and capital investments with program requirements while supporting governance and PM processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast, manage risks, and support customer and internal reviews. The position offers an opportunity to influence program control and environmental governance within a defense-focused aerospace context.

- Coordinate milestone governance activities with cross-functional alignment to identify issues early
- Maintain integrated planning with IMS and functional planners to expose critical paths and schedule risks
- Oversee capital investment planning and ensure alignment between investments, spending profiles, and requirements




- Lead workstream operating cadences and prepare Program Control Board materials for the area
- Collaborate with the Advanced Program Manager to execute financial forecasting (QMI, Budget, Forecasts)
- Coordinate with the Program Risk Manager on risk/opportunity identification, action planning, and status monitoring
- Support Commercial team during Price Investigation with MoD by providing schedule, cost, and performance inputs
- Contribute to Program/Gate internal reviews and customer meetings
- Proven experience in project planning, control, and financial metrics management
- Ability to quickly respond to and manage project changes
- Solid process discipline with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Security clearance eligibility (Italian NISA)
- Valid work authorization and local visa requirements
