ELI in Lombardy, Italy seeks a Flight Simulator Coordinator & Team Leader to drive development, integration, and operation of a rotary-wing flight simulator. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape interfaces and documentation, and ensure alignment with program objectives and company standards.

You will influence simulation software, models, and tools, working across departments to support validation, qualification and acceptance activities in an aerospace-focused environment.
