In this Global Brand Manager role, you will drive the strategy and growth for assigned Safilo brands within the Home Brands Marketing Area in Padua. You will align brand plans with company objectives, manage P&L; impact, and lead cross-functional efforts from product to trade marketing. Expect to shape collections, pricing, and lifecycle decisions while coordinating GTM initiatives and stakeholder communication. The role offers international collaboration and a channel to influence brand perception in a dynamic luxury eyewear context.

- Smart work mode: 3 days in office, 2 days remote

- Develop brand strategy aligned with company objectives and monitor P&L; performance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as primary brand contact
- Define annual marketing plans using market feedback, positioning, and distribution insights
- Oversee product collections including briefs, selection, pricing, ranking, and lifecycle management
- Track sales, budgets, risks,



and take action to ensure growth and profitability
- Develop financial objectives and provide guidance for distribution
- Lead special cross-functional projects from conception to implementation
- Drive GTM tools and initiatives with training support to communicate product features and value propositions
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Data-driven mindset with solid marketing planning capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive, curious, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
- Motivated by dynamic, international, and challenging environments
- Genuine interest in fashion and luxury industry
