Manager / Team Leader

In this role you will join Prysmian's HQ R&D; team to advance electrical testing for EHV cable systems. You will lead electrothermal stress tests, plan and execute electrical qualification tests in the Quattordio Laboratory, and conduct homologation and R&D; tests. You will supervise accessory installation and coordinate lab operators, ensuring timely test scheduling and project delivery. You will maintain active interfaces with clients, inspectors and suppliers. This position offers a collaborative, innovative environment with growth in high-voltage testing capabilities.

- Perform homologation and R&D; tests on EHV cable systems
- Supervise and coordinate accessory installation
- Coordinate laboratory operators involved in installation and testing
- Define test scheduling and lead related projects
- Maintain continuous interface with clients, inspectors, and suppliers
- Master's degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering, Energy or Mechatronic
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong teamwork, results-oriented and ambitious mindset
