As a Junior Cloud Engineer at Docebo, you help power a multi-tenant AWS cloud platform used by millions of users. You will work with mentors to automate, secure, and scale infrastructure, ensuring robust and compliant operations. The role combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to turn complex problems into scalable solutions. Build AWS compute, storage, networking, and IAM foundations for multi-tenant environments with senior engineers
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code modules and scripts (Terraform, CloudFormation) for provisioning and backups
Set up and optimize observability dashboards and alerts (Datadog, CloudWatch) to monitor health
Troubleshoot in non-production environments, analyze logs/metrics, and implement fixes




Collaborate with Product Engineering and SRE to translate requirements into cloud changes
Support FedRAMP patching routines, monitor security dashboards, and address vulnerabilities
Create runbooks and configuration/docs to standardize team workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience
1–2 years of cloud or infrastructure engineering experience with AWS or another major provider
Proficiency in Linux, Bash or Python scripting
Git experience and familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI or Jenkins)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to grow cloud engineering abilities
