Experteer Overview
In this role you will build mission-critical native Android features at Satispay, shaping how users transact on a fast-growing financial platform. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive mobile solutions that address real user pain points. You’ll participate in experiments and iterations to improve the app, while upholding performance, security, and maintainability. The opportunity combines hands‑on development with shaping user experiences in an AI‑enabled environment and emphasizes ownership and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and ship native Android applications with a focus on user engagement and core consumer features
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to integrate features
- Address user pain points through intuitive UI/UX and data‑driven improvements
- Contribute to iterative development, enhancing existing apps and creating new user‑centric features
- Maintain high standards for code quality, performance,



and security, including robust client‑side authentication
- Tackle complex problems by turning vague requirements into scalable solutions
- Leverage AI tools to write/optimise code, speed up debugging, and generate documentation

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on native Android development using Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle
- Strong grasp of core tech stack: MVI, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flows, REST APIs
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Passion for FinTech or startup environments and adaptability to growth
- Structured communicator with ability to build trust with stakeholders
- English fluent
