In this role you will bridge business needs and IT for the Banca Corrispondente environment, acting as the primary functional contact for the Office Manager. You will analyze the application and mainframe processes, translate business requirements into functional specs, and drive continuous improvement. Retribuzione / Benefits
- Provide functional support as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, leveraging knowledge of Banca Corrispondente procedures and the mainframe environment.
- Perform functional analysis on the Banca Corrispondente application and related software programs.




- Meet with Business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to existing software processes.

Responsabilità
- Experience in functional support and business analysis within application or software environments.
- Good understanding of mainframe systems and operational procedures.
- Knowledge of the Banca Corrispondente process or similar banking operations.
- Ability to gather, document, and coordinate business requirements effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
