Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Conducting in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights for operations growth.

Monitoring and evaluating key initiatives, including seller missions, live shopping sessions, and advertising revenue, to support merchant success and overall platform objectives.

Affiliate and Creator Engagement: Managing affiliate projects to support creator events, campaign execution, and product matchmaking with selected creators.

Assisting in the design and execution of affiliate campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

Category & Product Development: Collaborating with the AM Team to identify emerging hero products and drive them toward viral success.

Minimum Qualifications




- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- A fast learner with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and set priorities, multitask, and work independently.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications
- A passion for beauty and creators economy.
- Experience dealing with stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds.
