We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the HR function locally, working in close partnership with the Managing Director and the leadership team. This is a standalone HR role with full ownership of the function in Italy, combining operational responsibility with exposure to business and organizational topics.
The role covers the full employee lifecycle and plays a key part in ensuring effective people management across the organization.
The HR Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will be involved in the following activities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, including defining the most effective sourcing strategy, selecting recruitment channels, CV screening, and support hiring managers throughout selection;
Manage the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience from day one.
HR Administration
Oversee HR administrative processes (e.g. time & attendance management, payroll process review, monitoring of annual leave planification);
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases;
Act as the main point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters.
