Key Job Responsibilities
- SHIFT WORK:



Some roles within this organization are shift-based. Readiness and availability to work rotating shifts is required.
- SAFETY: Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture. Own safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture.
- DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO):
- Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
- Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations).
- Work rotating shifts (morning/late/night) and weekends to maintain a 24/7 data center environment.
- Local travel may be required up to 10% of the time. A valid Italian driving license is required as Data Centers may not have any public transportation available nearby.
