This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established international bank and work with large corporate clients, financial institutions and cross-border transactions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. An international banking institution is looking to appoint an experienced Relationship Manager to join its Corporate & Institutional Banking team in Milan.

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Corporate & Institutional Banking

Work Style: Office-based

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with large corporate clients and financial institutions.
- Identify and originate new business opportunities while expanding the existing client portfolio.
- Execute marketing and business development activities.
- Conduct client due diligence, KYC reviews and credit analysis.
- Prepare credit applications and present recommendations to the Credit Committee.
- Coordinate transaction execution and manage post-loan activities.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks and other counterparties.

Requirements

- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline (master’s degree is an advantage).
- 8+ years' experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking or Financial Institutions.
- Experience managing large corporate relationships; syndicated lending experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of banking products, lending and financial markets.
- Proven credit analysis and financial analysis skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). Chinese language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work in an international environment.
