Business Management

- Prepare internal management reports and presentations for Headquarter
- Support portfolio management activities and business monitoring
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and update pipeline information, call reports, and other business development records
- Ensure accurate data analysis and record-keeping to support overall business monitoring
- Collaborate with the General Manager on business management activities and ad hoc projects
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, and Business Managers to support business objectives

Coverage

- Support Senior Bankers in the management of client portfolios
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books
- Support KYC processes and ongoing client due diligence activities
- Act as an intermediary between Relationship Managers and Product Groups, developing a solid understanding of banking products and services
- Collaborate closely with Senior Bankers in their day-to-day client coverage activities
- Assist with broader strategic projects for the team and senior management

Finance

- Monitor business performance and provide financial analyses to management(YTD and forecast Income vs budget)
- Forecast future financial performance and contribute to planning activities




- Support financial control processes and ensure the accuracy of data reported by Regional system and Regional control team

Competenze ed esperienza

- Fundamental knowledge of Corporate Banking
- Understanding of lending products and financial analysis
- Familiarity with legal and documentation aspects is considered an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken Englis h
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications , particularly Excel , PowerPoint , and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
- Positive, proactive, and curious attitude with strong interpersonal skills and high ethical standards
- Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders across different geographies and cultures
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable, demonstrating initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Degree in Economics or a related field
