Solutions Engineer EMEA - AI & Analytics

In this role you bridge AI and analytics capabilities with customers and sales teams to translate complex tech into practical value. You’ll work across edge analytics, AI-enabled detection, metadata integration, dashboards and BI applications, presenting to diverse audiences. You’ll build regional AI knowledge, identify high-value use cases, and support crews through workshops, pilots and enablement content. The position blends technical depth with business impact, supporting product feedback and market readiness. This is a highly collaborative, travel-friendly role shaping Axis’s AI-driven security solutions.

- Bridge AI/analytics capabilities with customers and sales teams
- Identify customer use cases for AI/analytics in security, safety, operations or BI
- Support opportunities through discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, pilots and POCs
- Collaborate with regional sales teams and partners as trusted advisor




- Translate field insights into product requirements and roadmap input
- Support product launches by evaluating market readiness and adoption
- Strengthen technical confidence of sales teams across regions
- Travel across EMEA for customer visits and enablement activities
- Coordinate with HQ in Lund, Sweden
- 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering or customer-facing technical role
- Demonstrated experience with AI or analytics solutions in video, sensor data, IoT or operational environments
- Strong presentation, demonstration and content creation skills
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to customer outcomes and communicate clearly
- Fluency in English and professional proficiency in local office language
