You’ll drive continuous testing, test automation, and innovation within a global, collaborative team. You shape testing strategy across projects, work with clients to align expectations, and mentor peers to raise capability. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on delivering reliable services and enabling client success.

Responsabilità

- 5+ years in testing, business analysis, or consulting on complex/financial systems
- Extensive experience applying Agile frameworks at project level
- Experience in the financial domain, delivering testing/consulting for financial institutions or platforms
- Experience coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to support automation, efficiency, and AI strategy adoption in the team
- Proficient SQL and data analysis
- ISTQB or other relevant qualifications
- Upper‑intermediate English or above
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in cross‑functional teams
