As a Data Center Site HR Partner, you will drive Builder experience by partnering with Data Center Operations leaders and HRBPs to implement HR strategies across the cluster. You will monitor Builder sentiment, translate data into actionable insights, and influence leadership decisions. The role blends HR fundamentals with consulting skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment, emphasizing inclusion and high judgement. You will work on talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations while enabling cross-functional collaboration and self-service tech adoption. This is a site-based role with travel to other locations as needed.

- Leverage Builder sentiment data to advocate for Builder needs and engagement
- Collaborate with leaders and HRBPs to set proactive Builder-focused strategies and goals
- Conduct weekly Gemba Go See walks to engage Builders directly
- Coordinate with HRBPs, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations to align engagement actions
- Apply HR fundamentals to solve problems and influence diverse populations
- Work in a fast-paced,
innovation-driven environment
- Counsel and coach site leadership on talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations
- Foster inclusion and manage escalation for Builder concerns with high judgement
- Promote technology adoption and self-service tools
- Run workplace investigations with Builder Relations and deliver site-specific people projects
- Own and deliver site-level HR initiatives in partnership with site leadership
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or related field
- Experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and judgement
- Ability to handle high-pressure, ambiguous environments and multiple priorities
- Experience coaching, consulting, and problem solving in HR contexts
- Knowledge of employee relations/investigations and policy navigation
- Experience in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration
- Ethical, autonomous, and flexible with empathy
