The successful candidate will implement TPM and Lean practices, focusing on Preventive Maintenance to enhance asset performance.

This pivotal role demands strong leadership, as you will align cross-functional teams and develop training to elevate maintenance maturity within a quality-focused organization.

A Master's degree in engineering and over 10 years of experience in managing a maintenance department are required, along with fluency in English.
